TAILORED HERMES AGENTS · FOR BUSINESSES

An agent shaped around the way you work.

We scope your needs, configure the agent with your rules and sources, then prepare its installation and train your team. Each workflow starts with a defined scope and explicit human controls.

ONE AGENT AROUND A CLEAR PROCESS

Start with a useful, verifiable task.

Hermes can be configured to prepare, check and hand over work across different business functions. The team that knows the process defines the scope, sources and approval points.

FIRST NON-SUPPORT WORKFLOW

Prepare a sales file

Structure an enquiry, build a quotation draft from an approved catalogue and prepare its export after approval.

OPERATIONS

Apply your procedures

Gather the required information, follow your steps and send exceptions to the right person.

DOCUMENTATION

Produce traceable output

Restrict sources to an approved corpus and keep the evidence needed for review.

EXISTING EXAMPLE

Prepare support replies

The existing support workflow demonstrates sourced drafting and human approval.

A first project covers one bounded process. Any connection to an external tool, automated action or expansion to another function is assessed, tested and priced separately.

WHAT TAILORED MEANS IN PRACTICE

Your business sets the instructions.

Together, we define what the agent should do and when it should hand over to you.

Its task
The task to make easier and the outcome you expect.
Its documents
The sources it can consult, selected and approved by you.
Its tone
Your vocabulary, your style and the way you speak to your customers.
Your business rules
The procedures to follow, exceptions and information to request.
Its operational boundaries
What is allowed or prohibited. Access and integrations are assessed during scoping.
Your approval
The outputs that need reviewing and the person to contact if there is any doubt.

FIRST SALES WORKFLOW

From enquiry to an approved quotation file.

Simulated presentation

The workflow under development prepares a local file for review. It does not read an inbox, update a CRM or claim to qualify a sales opportunity autonomously.

  1. 01

    Qualify the enquiry

Structure the facts received, stated needs and information still missing.

  2. 02

    Prepare the quotation

Build a draft using only services and rules from an approved catalogue.

  3. 03

    Review

Flag inconsistencies, assumptions, omissions and elements that need a decision.

  4. 04

    Request approval

Present the file to an authorised person, who corrects, rejects or approves it.

  5. 05

    Export locally

Generate the approved file in the agreed environment, with no automatic sending.

What this presentation establishes

The target workflow, safeguards and place of human approval. Connections to your tools, quality on your data and operating conditions still need to be scoped and tested.

A SERVICE TAILORED TO THE SCOPE

From scoping to team adoption.

Priced by quotation

The work depends on the process, documents, controls, environment and integrations selected. A proposal describes deliverables, prerequisites and acceptance criteria before work begins.

STEP 02

By quotation

Configuration and installation

Agent configuration, source preparation, agreed testing and installation in the selected environment. Potential integrations are included only when assessed and listed in the quotation.

STEP 03 · OPTIONAL SUPPORT

By quotation

Training and support

Hands-on guidance, review instructions and team handover. Ongoing support may cover agreed monitoring, adjustments and changes to the scope.

Infrastructure, hosting, model and inference costs are itemised separately. The former €490 / €1,490 / €490 reference points applied to a defined support pilot and are not universal prices for a tailored agent.

AN EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT

From a request to a verifiable draft.

Synthetic data

This existing demonstration shows how a reply can be prepared from approved documents and reviewed by a person. It remains one example among the workflows Hermes can support.

DEMONSTRATION CASE

How does this example work? The six Hermes profiles

In the support workflow, six profiles share the work. This structure describes this example; your needs determine how your agent is configured.

01 / COORDINATE

Orchestrator

Organises the workflow and tracks exceptions.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Triage & GDPR

Classifies the request and identifies missing information.

03 / DOCUMENT

Research

Consults approved documentation only.

04 / DRAFT

Support writing

Prepares a draft based on the available evidence.

05 / VERIFY

Quality control

Reviews claims, citations and promises.

06 / MEASURE

ROI monitoring

Produces a report using anonymised metrics.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Your questions, answered simply.

Where will the agent be installed?

The environment is defined during scoping, based on your needs and the technical requirements. The current foundation provides for a private server dedicated to the customer. The selected model and server must be tested and qualified before customer use.

Which documents should I prepare?

Examples of tasks, your procedures, text templates or an FAQ can serve as a starting point. Together, we select the useful documents and required access. For the first email, a description of your needs is enough: do not attach confidential documents or passwords.

Does the agent act on its own?

Its boundaries, access and approvals are defined with you. The sales workflow presented here prepares a local file for approval; the support demo prepares drafts for review. Neither example sends messages, updates a CRM or makes a sales decision on its own.

How much does the service cost?

Each project is priced according to its scope, integrations, environment, testing, training and optional support. Infrastructure, hosting, model and inference are separated from the service. The historical amounts shown for the former support pilot applied only to that framework and are not a general price list.

Does the demonstration use a real agent?

No. The three scenarios use predefined responses and fictitious documents. This page does not connect to Hermes or process any real cases. The demo illustrates the workflow; it does not prove that a customer installation is qualified.
